My name is Tina (short for Christina), I have an amazing husband, two beautiful daughters, a home I love, a family that is supportive, and a soon to be sister-in-law with the same name (though she’ll have my maiden name…it’s still kind of funny!).

My love for photography exploded in college while spending hours on end in the dark room. Mixed with my passion for graphic design (BA in Graphic Design…for awhile I wanted to design and create Hallmark cards), I’ve taken my dream and made it a reality. After a short stint in web design, I became a stay at home mom, but never stopped taking pictures. I have invested many hours and time into learning new techniques and of course I practiced on my beloved wee ones.

In my free time, I love to read, sip a glass of wine, chat with my husband, hang with my mom, chill with my friends, cook, eat and enjoy life. Introducing my girls to art is also a passion. I love to watch their faces when they discover a new love and the excitement that comes with it.

I am a true family person and enjoy large holiday gatherings, think 12 people crammed around a 6 person table for Thanksgiving. As a family we love to travel (aka: staycations) together and discover hidden gems in our own backyard. We are lucky that our “backyard” is relatively close to DC. NYC, Philly and Pittsburg…of course we can’t forget the ocean!

Booking a session with me, is guaranteed to be a fun, relaxed and stress free hour. Not only do I want to catch your family in that perfect moment you will want hang on your wall, but I will also catch the moments you didn’t know where happening. I play, interact and sometimes let your child take pictures for me. In the end, you will have a win-win session and beautiful non-posed, natural light photographs.
